1. Energetic Products (INFINITY)

When you make a purchase, INFINITY is activated right away and begins working independently of space and time.

Because these offerings are energetic in nature and take effect immediately, they cannot be returned or undone in the traditional sense.

However, you may choose to stop the INFINITY process at any time, as all energetic work respects and aligns with your free will.

Please note that once activated, the energetic transmission has already taken place, and therefore standard withdrawal or refund rights do not apply.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that INFINITY begins working immediately upon activation.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your personal login area in the shop.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note that frequencies and energetic activations already received during the active month are not eligible for refunds.

3. Ongoing Consultations

You are welcome to end ongoing consultations or energetic guidance sessions at any time.

If you choose to do so, we will review the progress and the work already completed.

Depending on what has been provided up to that point, we will offer a fair energetic exchange or, when appropriate, a partial refund.
